How I create workout rutine Bigner guide

Before I was also very confused about what to do what split to follow how much time to give for workout, after years of mistake.

I created my own workout routines this is how you can create it without over complicating it.

First step

understand your daily schedule wether your work is having a heavy work Day ,office time or college days

After understanding your routine make a diet according to your work schedule and daily calories intake

keep your gole consistent weather you are ‘Loosing or Gaming weights’

second step

Make sure that you take 8 hours of sleep daily .

For workout you can take 5 day split 2 days rest

Chosing your workouts

As I told earlier it totaly depends on you which split to take according to your daily routines eg :

  1. If you are going to college you have a lot of free time so you can choose double muscle workout split
  2. If you are going to office to office and you have a moderate amount of time then you can try bro split
  3. If you are working heavy shift hours then you can try Full body workout 3 days a weak

Final step

After choosing your split add rest days accordingly.

Eat 1.5 gram of protein per kg weight to maximum recovery .

Personal tip

If you are a natural lifter you should workout only for 5 days maximum mostly focus on recovery and compleating protein intake to gain muscle.
